Your personal information is secure and you can delete it whenever you want. By filling in your details you consent to Genervest contacting you through them. We do not share or exchange your personal information, which is stored in a secure database and you can request that it be deleted at any time. In case you have a complaint, we aim to address it and get back to you as fast as we can, but no longer than 10 working days. If you’re not happy with how we dealt with your complaint you can provide further information and we will be happy to review it again. However if you feel that we have not addressed your complaint correctly you can ask the Financial Ombudsman to carry out an independent review of your complaint.
