Phillip is a renewable energy transition, policy, development, and finance expert who specialises in firsts. He creates and delivers new initiatives and companies and has been responsible for major projects from inception to close. In the last few years, he led the team developing the Genervest concept, created the first multi-resource run-of-river hydropower company in Cameroon, and the first large scale mini-grid company in Rwanda. Phillip has also lectured on project risk for SOAS, University of London where he also completed a Master of Science in Sustainable Development
